Singing bowl therapy dates back to the 12th century and has been used for meditation and rituals in Tibetan culture. Singing bowls produce a deep, penetrating sound that’s used to relax and repair the mind. A 2016 study found that singing bowl meditation reduced stress, anger, depression, and fatigue. All of these things are known to impact physical health and raise the risk for disease, suggesting that singing bowl therapy may be good for your physical, as well as emotional, well-being. The session will begin with the sacred drumming beat, then move to singing bowls and will end with Tibetan bowls and bells. The session will take place in the healing pod where you will be surrounded by crystals. You will also be given a blanket and made to feel comfortable. There will be soft lighting and you are welcome to bring your own eye-mask. This is a hands-off treatment.
24 hours notice is required. If you fail to give 24 hours notice the deposit will not be refunded. Thank you
